Goal 4 Health Soccer League
A Soccer League for the Whole Family
Goal 4 Health (G4H) is a Christian community soccer league for kids 3-12, and women 13+ from the Inland Empire. The league is committed to promoting health, building communities and helping families grow to their fullest potential and extends an invitation to people of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds within the Inland Empire to join. The Goal 4 Health season runs from the last week of March through the first week of June.
Healthy Living Activities
The Healthy Living Activities (HLA) component of the program focuses on providing information and activities to children and their families through weekly interactive health presentations. These activities are held during practices at the Drayson Center Superfields. Specifically, HLA will give its participants the chance to learn about important health topics and the benefits of exercise. Activities and certain topics change with each season. The information and activities for the kids are age-appropriate and will be led by LLU student volunteers. Parental activities will include additional handout regarding key points from each activity that is facilitated by LLU Health Professionals. The HLA program promotes a healthy lifestyle in the community by integrating health education activities into the soccer program.
The season begins in March with our Goal 4 Health paprent orientation.

Soccer camp, uniforms, field space and all supplies are included in the league fees. We also provide scholarships to over 1/3 of our league. Because of the low league cost, we ask that all teams help the league fundraise to help offset league costs. Each team is asked to raise $300, and can do so by selling food, holding a raffle and selling tickets, participating in fundraising through local businesses (such as Jamba Juice or Chipotle) or by asking local businesses for a tax-deductible league donation.
