Community Kids Connection (CKC) Music

Teach Music Lessons to Kids Ages 5-18

Volunteer Positions: Instructors for guitar, violin, piano, cello, choir and music theory
When: Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.; academic year commitment preferred (during the academic year only)
Location: Indian Springs High School, P-Wing, 650 N. Del Rosa Drive, San Bernardino

Tutoring

Community Kids Connection (CKC) Tutoring

Tutor and Mentor Students Ages 5-18

Volunteer Positions: Tutors for elementary through high school students, specifically in math and reading
When: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., academic year commitment preferred (during the academic year only)
Location: Tuesdays/Thursdays at Indian Springs High School, P-Wing, 650 N. Del Rosa Drive, San Bernardino; Wednesdays at Loma Linda Spanish Church, 11135 Mountain View Avenue, Loma Linda

Gateway to the Health Professions Program

A Minorities in the Health Professions Pipeline Program

Volunteer Positions: Lead in team-building and fitness activities, assist with taking students to various program presentations on campus, mentor
When: Two weeks in July, with optional third week of shadowing
Location: Loma Linda University

G4H

Goal 4 Health (G4H) Soccer League

A Soccer League for the Whole Family

The Goal 4 Health Soccer League is a Christian league for community kids ages 3-12 and women 13+, with a focus on health for the whole family. Its season runs from the last week in March through the first week of June each year. Kids and parents are invited to be involved with our Healthy Living Activities program during the season.

Volunteer Positions: Individuals to assist or groups to lead out in the whole program
When: Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (during the academic year only)
