A Soccer League for the Whole Family
Goal 4 Health (G4H) soccer league seeks to provide a safe place where families from various communities can connect and experience healthy living. Because of our Christian-based values, Goal 4 Health is committed to ensuring that all families in our league feel welcome and respected. Our hope is that players and families are able to generate meaningful and long-lasting connections through this fun soccer league.
We have teams for children 3-12 years of age and a Ladies league (13 - no age limit).
Healthy Living Activities
The Healthy Living Activities (HLA) component of the program focuses on providing information and activities to participants through weekly interactive health presentations. These activities are held during practices at the Drayson Center Superfields. Specifically, HLA will give its participants the chance to learn about important health topics such as hydration, sportsmanship and nutrition. The information and activities for the kids are age-appropriate and will be led by LLU student volunteers. The inclusion of HLA is another way in which Goal 4 Health stands out amongst other sports leagues.
