The U.S. Dream Academy is a national after-school enrichment program for students in grades 3rd-8th who have a parent or close family member currently incarcerated, recently released or students who are falling behind in school.

As a volunteer at the U.S. Dream Academy, mentos will help students in the following areas:

-Healthy Snack/Healthy Lifestyle Education

-Homework Assistance and Academic Enrichment (support standarized testing)

-Computer Based Reading and Math Learning Activities

-One-on-One Mentoring / Group Mentoring

Dates and Times

Due to COVID-19 ongoing risks and restrictions, this program is currently being offered virtual via Zoom.

This propgram takes place thorughout the week Monday through Thursday 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM and Fridays 2:15 - 5:00 PM.

Volunteers may sign up in 2-hour block increments anytime during the program times.

The most significant way to contribute to the U.S. Dream Academy is to mentor a DreamKid. If you cannot commit to become a Mentor, volunteers can help by sharing their talents and or tutor during the Academic hour. A committed, caring adult can make all the difference, helping a child thrive and realize their dreams.
