An Introduction to the Health Professions

Volunteer for My Campus

My Campus is a program designed for minority high school students in the Inland Empire.

It provides high school students an interactive experience, led by Loma Linda University students and faculty, in our various health schools: the Schools of Nursing, Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Allied Health and Behavioral Health. Each quarter, an Sunday afternoon event is held on Loma Linda University's campus featuring two or three different schools.

An introduction to the schools, the careers they offer and the earning potential is covered, in addition to hands-on activities reflective of the profession. After the school presentations, speed-mentoring takes place, allowing high school students to interact with Loma Linda University students in various health tracks. Dinner and a keynote speaker end the evening.
